I purchased CUP 910163_43516 Traditional Engagement, but can't use one of the sentiments (which is the one that I would have liked to have used) because there is spelling mistake on it. It is the top middle sentiment which says Congratulations to a apecial couple it should be special not apecial

What can be done about it, as I can't use this sentiment due to the spelling mistake. If I had spotted it before I bought it I would not have bought it. Thanks Jane

I purchased this design a while ago

I know i have the gold star on it

I had made it for a customer and she noticed a red line running along the inner frame just underneath the lipstick

Is there any possibility this can be removed so i can download it again

Hi Susan being cheeky have you ever thought of doing your designs without the tag on the actual front, that way we can use our own method of labeling or the choice of yours from underneath?

Quite a few of your cards feaature Disney characters etc. Am I allowed to make cards using these images and sell them in our local shop?

are you making these for a 6x6 card as nowadays they get blurry when you print them as is but when u print smaller they are fine

They say if you don't ask you don't get so I am going to politely ask if you can do something for me please if it is at all possible. I do of course intend to purchase them it if it possible and I do purchase an awful lot of your wonderful designs.

Would it please be possible for you do design the Sympathy card Ref # cup926393_43516 with the butterfly not on the main sheet and the Get Well Soon Ref # cup1084115_43516 without the mouse on the main sheet.

I know this is a big aske and it would be really appreciated. They would then be better suited to the people I am sending them too.
