Quick Pages/Card Fronts Watercolour View - O & PCompleted by Louisa Price
OccasionSet of 2 card fronts only.
I printed on heavy weight matte photo card stock, 320 gsm, and carefully cut around the aperture using a craft knife, I am pretty good with a craft knife, top tips: One a brand new blade, and Two, a self healing mat, and Three, do the smallest areas first, but dont remove the discarded card/paper until you have cut around the fiddly bits on both sides.
I prefer to leave them in to stop the paper or card distorting as I cut on the other side of the line, especially on heavyweight card stock.
You could leave it in one piece not cutting the aperture out, and simply stamp or print a sentiment in the "hole", however I went with the designer, and cut them out, tracking around the cut with a small embossing tool onto my card base, before cutting the traced line with my knife, and adding a piece of snowfall acetate between the 2 layers, Some Fluffy Stuff, Glaze, glitter pen and a matte glitter, to highlight areas of the design, and Chipped sapphire distress Ink to cover the cut edge andt added groups of 3 sparklers to each corner, and the cards are ready to go
