I love the colours of this set of papers - they really are NEON bright (unfortunately my camera has dulled them down :().
I reduced the size of my chosen design to fit my stamp then printed it on good paper.
I stamped my image using Brilliance black ink, cut it out and edged it with black marker. I then flat stuck this to my base card.
