My scrap kits may be used by those who wish to make digital card kits, as long as the images are flattened and a design is made. Decoupage is the only instance an individual element maybe reproduced. Scrap book makers may use the kits for a finished page that has been flattened and not as part of a resource kit for use as a new kit or part of.
