I opened my photo editor and added a light blue background. Then I added a lace doily. In the middle of it I added my landscape photo. Next I added a candy cane frame to frame the photo. I also added a Santa with reindeers into the card.
I saved the file and printed the sheet. I cut the topper out and attached it on a green base card.
