Its a Party Elements

I took elements from this kit into one of my graphics packages. One of them I copied several copies and put them side by side to make a background panel.

The tag I added a greeting "Penblwydd Hapus" - which is Welsh for "Happy Birthday" - and the other elements I re-sized to suit my project.

These were all spaced out on my working area and then printed out onto 300gsm Super Smooth white cardstock. I used a circle scissors to cut out the background panel, and scissors to cut out the rest.

I took a pre-cut, decorative edge, card from my crafty stash and attached the pieces to it using finger-lift tape and glue gel.

I then attached a teddy topper made using digi cup373915_1749 coloured in using ProMarkers.
