Steps

Start with a piece of printer paper.

Fold it diagonally to the left.

Unfold the paper.

Fold the paper again to the right.

Unfold the paper and flip over.

Fold the paper in half where the tip of the two triangles meet.

Unfold and flip back over.

Do a reverse fold and fold the whole thing in half.

Fold the wings and voila you have a butterfly winged airplane.
