Fresh, fake, tissue......PAPER! Whoever thought?! They are so cute and perfect for weddings, get-well-soons, birth-days, baby showers, decorations, and just a kind "Thinking of you"! They are easy and cheap to make so you really don't have to worry about cost! You don't have to make a whole bouquet either, just one flower with a card tied to it is pretty and easier than making a whole bouquet!
Steps

Choose a verity of different colored pieces of construction paper, for example, pink, green, brown, and hot pink,

Cut the strips in half and then make some shorter and some stay long.

Leave about an inch on the bottom of the paper and cut vertical strips.

Do that to all the sheets of paper and then set them to the side.

Take floral wire and bend it at the top. Wrap a piece of masking tape around the loop.

Take a piece of the paper and wrap it around the stem, take another piece of masking tape and wrap it around the paper. Do this to as many layers as you want of paper.

After you have made your flower, take floral tape and wrap it over the masking tape. Enjoy!
Tips
- Add ribbon to the flower for extra cuteness!
- If you want, put the flowers in a vase!
Warnings
- Children under 8 should not make flowers without an adult.
- Don't let children handle floral wire.
