Steps

Fold a rectangular piece paper in half, then unfold. You only need the fold to make a crease.

Fold each side onto the dotted line.

Open it up.

Fold both sides. If you notice in the picture they are folded different lengths.

Flip it over, and fold your paper into thirds.

Then fold your paper back into thirds and keep them like that.

Open one side.

Tuck in the unfolded piece into the folded piece's flaps.
