Don't look! It's going to tempt you! This project is fun and very easy.

Steps

  1. Decide how big you want your collage to be. Obviously, the bigger you want it, the more wrappers you need. Once you decide on the size, you will need something in that size to attach the wrappers to; cardboard and poster board work well for this.
  2. Collect the wrappers. (It may be better to get other people to help you with this; you don't want to make yourself sick.) Although it will be more interesting to have a variety of wrappers, a repeating pattern of the same wrapper will look nice too. A variety will look like a collage, while a repeating pattern will look more like something by Andy Warhol.
  3. Attach the wrappers to the collage base. Glue won't work well on the wrappers; double-sided tape might work better than anything. Attach them in any way you like; if you want, make them overlap, or put some upside down and going in different directions.
  4. Add finishing touches. You can frame the collage or add other elements.
  5. Finished.

Tips

  • If you want you could photocopy the wrappers and then create the collage.

Warnings

  • Make sure that your wrappers are clean. Wash them if you want. A result of not doing this is a bad smell over time, also bugs will be attracted to the sugar and the scent from leftover pieces or essences of candy.
