How to Make a Picture Frame from Plastic Straws

A nice greeting card, favorite picture, or sentimental post card can be displayed easily using plastic straws to assemble a frame. This article will show you two methods: a traditional frame that goes around all four edges, and a basic frame that makes the picture stand up.

Frame

1.
