If you have any spare birdseed leftover from feeding your backyard or pet birds, use it to relieve the stress from your life! This birdseed stress ball is suitable for squeezing, tossing or for giving as gifts.

Steps

  1. Assemble the items needed. These are listed below under "Things You'll Need". It can also be helpful to have a friend hold the balloon as you fill it.
  2. Open the balloon opening. Insert a funnel into the opening and fill the balloon with the birdseed.
  3. Tie the balloon to secure it.
  4. Cut off the hole on another balloon. Put it over the tied end of the first balloon.
  5. You're done! Now squeeze.
    • You can decorate if wished but this is optional.

Tips

  • You can use the top of a water bottle as a funnel.
  • You can also use the shells of the seeds.

Warnings

  • Don't put in enough birdseed to make the balloon pop!
