Steps

Apply a coat of undercoat-let dry and sand to smooth out any imperfections.
- Purchase a Water base tint color (Raw Sienna), also a quart of flat white water base paint.
- Mix Raw Sienna w/small amount of flat white,since R.S. will be the base color, paint raw sienna over surface and let paint slightly dry
- While paint is still wet start stippling w/a cloth lightly, when the paint is almost dry,stipple again with another clean cloth.
- when paint is dry sand and apply a sealant over your project.

Apply a light water base burnt umber stain and let dry, then start sanding stain off with a fine grit sandpaper, seal and wax, thus creating a faux leather look.
