I printed my sheet onto 220 gsm matt photo twice at full size and cut out. I rolled the card to break the card fibres down, keeping the cone shape. Then I glued the edges together.

I printed the image onto 128 gsm matt photo paper selecting two images to a page and made the cones up as I did the larger cone. (lighter weight card is easier to shape). The cones are both a very good size and holds lots of treats.
