Below are the terms of use which you agree to comply with when purchasing this design; should you need a design modified, a different file format, or permission for non compliance with one of these terms, please get in touch in the first instance and I will endeavour to assist where possible.

in all works

• This licence is non-transferable.

• The design/file may used to create tangible handmade items (eg paper / card / vinyl projects) for personal use and limited

commercial use (eg small home based business only).

• The original design/file in full or part MAY NOT be sold or freely distributed in any format to

individuals/businesses/groups/forums.

• The complete design/file or any component of the design/file MAY NOT be altered, adapted or added to your own design.

• The complete design/file may be resized only as a whole unit; resizing of individual components is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.

All breaches of these terms of use and/or copyright will be pursued via a Court of Law.
