All of my designer resources can be used to create products to sell here at CraftsUPrint - and on your website/blog/store.
PU - Personal Use is basically the product can be used for your own personal use. You can make gifts to give to your friends or family. But, you can not sell the products you make (not for profit).
CU - Commercial Use means you can use the product(s) to create printed or digital items to sell. Your customers can then use the product you made for their own personal use.
CU4CU - Commercial Use for Commercial Use - most people get confused with this terms of use policy. You can use the product(s) to create products to sell. Then your customers can use that product for their business/profit. Good example of this is - use my backgrounds to create a frame to sell as a designer resource. Then your customer would use that frame (adding their own designs) to create a product to sell as commercial use.
CU4CU is does NOT mean resale. If it is a resale product - it would state Resale. It also does not mean to repackage (ANY) of my products in a designer resource package to sell (or share).
Use my products to create and/or make something new. You can use my CU & CU4CU products for your digital card kits, mini kits, decoupage, crafts, printables and other such products sold here (and on your website, store or blog).
Now - my photoshop styles can be used to create designer resources - but - you can't make a background to sell (or share) as a backing paper, scrapbook paper or background. That is the same as reselling my product.
Digital Stamps - can be used for printed or digital products you make to use or sell. You can not create clip art, templates, svg/cutter files, coloring pages, coloring books, coloring cards, and/or designer resources.
Most of my card kits - are set up where you can sell the handmade card you make. Read the terms of the listing.
Basically - do not repackage my products, add them to designer resource packages, add them to scrapbook packages or share them with others (like giving someone the digital files you purchased from me).
Don't over think it - it is actually pretty basic and easy. If you have any questions - please ask me before purchasing the products. As you can see - I respond pretty quickly. I am in the US (east coast) - so there is about a 5 hour difference. And - I am pretty easy going.
Thanks for stopping by! ... Marlo
