Hi my computer and back up hard drive crashed in a power surge issue where i had multiple power surges, over a 3 hour period due to bad weather, my surge protector couldn't cope. and my computer and hard drive are fried. can i please have all my purchases reacviated so that i can redownload them onto my new computer and hard drive.
