Hi, I bought some items from you last year and downloaded them but my computer lost all the files I bought. Is there a way to download them again as I need them this week. Thank you Claire Hutton
Crafty Bob's Reply: Hi Jane you will be pleased to know that I have been able to reactivate all of your purchased files.
