Its Spring Again! by Janyce Cotterill

Here we are, at least in the UK, enjoying the emerging Spring season. My most favourite time of the year, as I have said on may occasions! The season for me which holds much promise - the promise of warmer weather, longer days, beautiful flowers, lush green fields awash with lambs, cows, nesting birds and young animals. It is a season that holds much joy for me and of course the beautiful, the bold and the real show-stopper of the Spring flora - blossom. Here is some that is really excelling itself in our local village and I couldnt resist taking a few pictures for you.I hope you like it.I am leaving you with my latest verse toppers and insert plaques - all sporty themed. This is the time when we all start getting out of doors, if we can and are able, and enjoying the walks and runs and outdoor activities in the fresh Spring air. Thank you for your interest.

Youll Never Walk Alone by Janice McFarlane

I can hear Gerry and the Pacemakers every time I read or hear the tune to Youll Never Walk Alone on this occasion it was more to do with my grandsons surprise trip to Anfield and the famous football club. My daughter had always wanted to go to Liverpool so a weekend away was arranged for the family. What she kept from her eldest Alfie was the stadium tour of Liverpool football club. Who Alfie supports. The family really enjoyed the time in and around the city taking in the sights and even visiting the Titanic story museum which Alfie also enjoyed, but he was so surprised when they eventually pulled up in front of the famous club. He couldnt believe it and was so excited. The tour was amazing for Him and he also got to spend his birthday money in the shop.

Happy Boys! by Sue Way

We have been having some lovely walks in the country park recently. Billy and Sam love it as there is so much to sniff and lots of space to run around. Plus we get to look at the fantastic views and spot wildlife. The other day we stopped for a while and sat on a bench to just take it all in. I took this picture of the boys looking so happy. And my darling Billy had such a big beautiful smile on his face. My end of month SALE is now on ith 20% off of all my designs!

Rainbows by Vicki Avcin

Weve been having some very indecisive weather lately with it raining and sunshine, hot and cold, and it really not knowing what it wants to do. One thing that has come from it is some stunning vibrant rainbows, sometimes double rainbows. We had to take our neighbour to the airport last Sunday morning early and coming back along the freeway on our way home we had the most vivid part rainbow in front of us. At times there was a hint of a second rainbow too but mainly the one that would appear to be a couple of hundred metres in front of us. As wed get to the point where it appeared it moved and it was like we were chasing it (and maybe that elusive pot of gold). The brilliance of the colours was astounding. Weve also had very strong rainbows at home sometimes a few times a day as the rain rolled through and the sun came out. This morning I swear the pot of gold was in the neighbours yard opposite it right in front of their shed!

Todays designs are one set of notelets with dogs but cats, wild animals and Australian animals are also available and a pair of pretty floral toppers. My sale is currently on so grab a bargain.

We are lucky to live in an area with sooo many footpaths and rights of way into the countryside within a few minutes walk from our front door! These bluebells were taken in a small woods that is often referred to as Bluebell Woods because of the beautiful display they put on for us every year! Below are 2 of my popular On the Shelf cards …. There are over 4000 others to choose from, sooo theres one for just about everybody and/or occasion! Lol

Spring has arrived! by Judith Henry

Im always amazed at what flowers make it through our long winter months in Iowa. Last fall I planted over 3 dozen bulbs. No crocuses however. The tulips have started push forward but no buds yet. I think the were waiting for the crocus to show thei little heads. Sure enough the have arrived after a long couple of days of showers.

Spring is popping by Judith Henry

Crocus are up and buds are forming on the daffodils. The rain has been plentiful with gray skies today. In fact it rained all night with an electric sky. With good weather and a sunny days we should have plenty of flowers for spring bouquets. I planted new bulbs in the fall so the should be good size blooms. Welcome Spring!

Thats a wrap! by Tina Fitch

On Wednesday of this week I did my weekly visit to RAF Lakenheath and caught the last 4 F-15Cs from 493rd FS leave Lakenheath and Europe for the very last time. The F-15cs &Ds have served for 45 years keeping our skies safe! Was a sad day really, Ive watched these aircraft for years and now they are gone forever and will be replaced by the F-35A to fill the 493rd once againThe weather was just as our moods were sad and dreary so this was the best I could do. God Bless Our GrimReapers
