New Responsibility by Janice McFarlane

Now the children are back at school and settling in, my grandsons school has given some of the children the opportunity to have more responsibility. They have introduced a School Council, and my eldest grandson has been selected as one of the school councilors. Apparently as well as being part of a committee he is expected to do other jobs for the school too along with his other peers. I remember when I was at school (all those years ago), when we were given responsibility it was either a Milk Monitor ( the days when we all had a daily mini bottle of milk to drink) or Tuck Shop monitor. How times have changed. But I am proud of Alfie for his achievement.

Fox cub by Tina Fitch

Oh just look at this! The little cub actually has a heart shaped tongue, I caught it yesterday whilst feeding them. 4 came to visit for their daily munches and I caught her just right Not sure if you can zoom in but you can plainly see her tongue is heart shaped Shes such a little beauty too this little one. They are growing so fast now. They are same size as adults now too

We ... by Carol Clarke

... had a lovely day out to Clumber Park last weekend with our 2 youngest grandchildren, Olivia and Austin. The weather played fair with us and was neither too hot nor too cold so we were able to do all the things they love including playing in the woodland park and ... of course ... having a picnic followed by ice creams too ... of course! lol Below are two of my 3D Large Christmas Cracker Box Mini Kits ... There are lots more to choose from too! lol

Learning to share by Sue Way

As you can imagine its pretty chaotic in our house at the moment. With a lively 3 year old dog and a new puppy. Its surprising how much you forget and having two if different ages brings its own problems. Like who gets the empty yoghurt pot to clean? Lol So today we learnt how to share and they did very well.
