Hi, I am an A&E Administrator at my local hospital. I book in patients who come in via ambulance/self present and at the moment it is a very strange experience. We are not facing patients as we normally do but are booking in via a virtual computer screen that is sometimes in another room. I was off sick for the start of the outbreak/beginning of lockdown but have now returned. We do 12 hour shifts and everyone is working so hard. It is a sad time when you see that patients are unable to have anyone with them at a time when they need them the most. Here is one of the lovely cards I have made using a craftsuprint download. I applaud all the frontline workers in whatever sector they work in, there are many people that get forgotten about, but everyone is doing a brilliant job trying to get things running the best we can.
I am making lots of cards when I'm not working & am always looking for new downloads to purchase on CUP.

Crafty Bob you've done it again, I order late afternoon and to my surprise and delight within 48 hours they have arrived. In the midst of this pandemic you are a lifeline, I'm stuck indoors alone for another eight weeks and my card-making is the only thing keeping me sane. For the first time I ordered print and post and delighted with the quality of the print. Many, many thanks to everyone concerned, you've never let me down.

Hi I hope you are all well during this lockdown time.
My memory stick that held all my downloads and all my pics of completed cards was lost during our forced house move along with another 5 memory sticks so it’s very upsetting.

Please can you help me as I want to start my crafting again after a long break due to health problems and I now have an ipad as my old computer gave up on me so is there any way I can download all my sheets somehow onto a new stick or other memory device so that I can then buy new sheets and download them somehow. 

I am floundering a bit after a long break from computing and changing to an IPad?.. I do Understand that you may not be able to help me, it was worth a try.
