Welcome to Crafty Bob's Weekly Giveaway feature.
Each week we will present to you a new freebie and a video tutorial on how to make a beautiful card.
If you don't have a printer or you have problems downloading from your mobile devices don't worry Crafty Bob will print the sheets for you free of charge and post them to you with a FREE Craft Gift worth £3.
Dear CUP, can you tell me how I can access or reload my complete order history, as my old computer has gone down and I've lost all my downloads.
Thank you, Joan Brooks
Crafty Bob: Hi Joan, I have reactivated all your purchases xxx
