Help I have lost everything:
Dear Crafty Bobs, I have had a major situation. I have just gone to open my files to work on my cards and all my files have been over written during a major update in which I have had no control. The hard drive which I have saved them all on is corrupted and I have lost all of my files.
I know this is such a major ask but you must know what files I have lost and would be able to help me to rebuild this library which I have spent hundreds of pounds creating.
My whole business is depending on being able to recover these files so I can carry on creating the cards which I am so well known for and as a blind veteran I am begging you to help me carry on building something which is so important in my recovery.
