Wow, that is just great! I love CUP, not only do you have such great designers but the free prizes and the money made from the sale of the gold star cards is just too good to pass up. Plus my customers rave about how beautiful the cards are. Thanks! Sharon Wilson

Hi All at Cup HQ
Having lost every sheet/kit/insert that I have bought from you since 2009 - you can imagine how devastated I was. When I contacted you I thought it would be impossible for you to sort so that I could have all my files again. It turned out that the system struggled to reactivate all my orders as there was just so many & it timed out halfway through.
BUT Neil came to the rescue & had to write a special programme to access all my files.
So a huge thank you to everyone at CUP HQ but especially to Neil (my hero). I don't think there is another company who would have gone to such extremes for a customer.
I owe you all a drink (or 5).
