Frankie Making Cakes by Jan Mason

This is my 3 year old granddaughter Frankie, baking cakes for her brother an 2 sisters, for when they come home from school. She is such a clever little girl and although she doesnt have her 4th birthday until July, she starts infant school in September. She has been going to nursery for the past year, and she still doesnt like it! I dont think she is going to be very impressed with school either. She does love to help mummy, and of course licking the bowl after is the best part.

These are just two of my designs and there are lots more in my shop. I hope you like them, thank you for looking.

National Medal Presentation by Vicki Avcin

On Saturday 19th May I was humbled, privileged and honoured to receive my National Medal for my service with QFES/Rural Fire Service Queensland. I have been a firefighter for 24 years now but this medal is awarded after 15years of service. The National Medal recognises long and diligent service by members of recognised government and voluntary organisations that risk their lives or safety to protect or assist the community in enforcement of the law or in times of emergency or natural disaster. This includes government organisations such as ambulance, correctional, emergency, fire and police forces, and voluntary organisations such as lifesaving or search and rescue groups. The medal presentation was also included in the morning with the commissioning of 7 new firefighting vehicles, one of which was my brigades new medium attack appliance. I was so happy my son and daughter were there with my husband to see me receive the medal. They came up on Friday night and left for home after the morning had concluded. I wish there had been more time with them but the fact they came to support me was awesome. They sneakily left a beautiful card of Congratulations with sentiments written in it from both of their partners and the grandkids, which after holding back the tears of emotion on the day, came flooding out after reading it.

The items Im promoting this week are themed Male cards. One is a Bumper Kit of toppers and the other is a card from my 3D look range.

Royalty for a Day by Janice McFarlane

Last week my husband and I had a short break down at RAF Benson in Oxfordshire where my Daughter and family live. We had a lovely time, spending it with my daughter and two grandchildren Harry (soon to be one) and Alfie (6). We dont get to see them often in the flesh so to speak, but my daughter sends me lots of picture of the grandchildren, which usually have a story to share. Im sure most of us watched the wedding of Meghan and Harry last weekend. A lovely modern wedding for a lovely modern couple, so it was lovely that Harry and Alfie got into the swing of things, wearing a royal crown in celebration. So as well as Prince Alfie, I also had my very own Prince Harry just for a day.

Hi these are just two of my latest kits. Beautiful Quick Cards and Hanging Hearts trio which are suitable for most occasions. Thank you for looking.

Halesworth by Sue Way

Last week we had another short break away in our caravan. Once again we went to our favourite site in Kessingland overlooking the beach. Although it was sunny, the wind was very cold, but we still made the most of our time by going out to visit the surrounding towns in beautiful Suffolk. One day we went to Southwold and the next we visit the pretty market town of Halesworth. There are some interesting independent stores, including antiques and vintage shops, centred around the Thoroughfare, a pedestrianised area where many buildings date back to the sixteenth century. The last shop on our route was an eclectic mix of scented oil, brightly coloured scarfs and whole foods. It also housed a lovely cafe, which sold delicious cakes and vegan pastries and salads. We had coffee and couldnt resist a pasta da nata which is a Portuguese custard tart and is so yummy! Next time we go we must try to go on market day as I am sure that will be a great experience. As we were walking through the Thoroughfare we saw this man playing the accordion, which really added to the atmosphere. This week I have added lots of Boys First Communion Mini Kits in many hair colours. Ive had lots of requests for these, so I hope you like them. http://www.craftsuprint.com/sue-way/?r=968387

Opening Ceremonies by Diane Hannah

This is a photo of the opening ceremonies for the Florida Special Olympics Summer Games. I think this may have been one of the best experiences I have ever had. My grandson participates in several sports in the Special Olympics. We started in 2017, about half way through the year. During his first sport I chaperoned, during the second sport I became a certified coach, and now I cannot wait to start the next sport. Addison is very involved as an athlete, and he loves it. And he has made so many friends. The games were two days long, it was an amazing experience.

There are many connected items to each featured item. Check all of them out, and choose your favorite!

Bluebell Woods by Carol Clarke

We are lucky to live in an area with lots of lovely countryside walks of all kinds straight from our front door. Knowing the bluebells would now be out last week we headed to Bluebell woods. Its real name is Little Oak Woods but Im sure youll agree from my photo that it should be renamed. At this time of year its covered with a beautiful carpet of English bluebells which are much prettier and more delicate than the Spanish variety and we really enjoyed our walk. Its lucky we had gone early and there wasnt anyone else around though as to take this photo I was hunched down, hugging a tree with my hands on the other side of its trunk to get the composition I wanted .... and its also lucky my hubby didnt a photo of me doing this or Id be a viral social media joke by now! lol ..... Below are 2 of my NEW Dino and Unicorn Bumper Kits ... Watch out for more ... COMING SOON!

Reaching for the stars! by Tina Fitch

Well my visit to RAF Lakenheath this week was a complete success! I caught this F15 Reaper just in time.. He was okayed to do his performance take off right in front of our eyes.. and what a display it was too..Heres my take on it with him reaching for the stars.. The afterburners had just been switched off when I caught this shot.. Shame as it would have made a stunning photo.. But hey theres always next week..And while its nearly time for the air shows starting I am sure there will be some more shots like this to come..All files in all formats here https://www.craftsuprint.com/tina-fitch/

The Field by Gillian Hutchinson

Now that the weather has cleared up and the sun is out a lot more we have been cutting through the fields again on our morning walks. We have not been this way for a good few weeks as it has been so muddy. The last time Mak was here he could easily see over the crop, but today he had to keep jumping up to see around. Cant believe just how quick it has got so high!

Tadpoles! by Clare Walker

About six weeks ago, hubby and I heard a real frog chorus for the first time, at a local pond. It was surprisingly loud, and, we were assured by another observer, a sure sign that the frogs were mating. It was fascinating experience, but much harder to photograph than to hear,Happily, the offspring have now made their appearance, and they were there in their easy-to-photograph hundreds (and possibly, without exaggeration thousands) last weekend. If you`ve ever seen more tadpoles in one small pond (about three times the size of an average living room) then please let me know. Either way, on this evidence, the frogs of North London are definitely set to be safe and thriving for another year. Which is a very happy thought.

RHODODENDRONS by Wanda Lipski

After 6 years in this village weve just discovered a chapel way out in the countryside and decided to explore around the chapel with the dog this afternoon, as the rain had finally stopped after days of virtually non-stop downpour! Gorgeous country lane that eventually led to some houses ...As we drew up to the first one my husband explains that we know the woman who lives there. Wed only been there once but decided to say hallo. So glad we did, because at the first bend in her path we were met by this incredible display of rhododendrons, a little the worse for wear after all the rain (all the petals) on the ground but none the less spectacular. Have a good week and ENJOY !
