I have a massive dilemma, one of which I'm not sure how I stand or if it's at all possible. Just before Christmas my computer had a major melt down and my hard drive was totally fried and we could not retrieve anything on it.
All in all it mean I had lost hundreds of pounds worth, if not thousands of pounds worth of downloads. I know I will probably not be able to retrieve any I down loaded from the vault or the freebie Friday, but i was hoping that I could re-down load all the ones I had paid for. I know this is a lot to ask. I am devastated at loosing all my down loads, some of which i was going to make as gifts (the journals).
Could you please let me know how I go about retrieving my down loads. Will i have to collect them all over again and repay ? Please, please help, you will see from my account I have been with you for some years, I have recommended you to friends, who now down load regularly from you. I am at a loss as to where I do from here. My hubby as now thankfully set up a secondary back up system, so any thing i down load will go straight onto a black box. I have lost precious phot's that can not be replaced, I am hoping there is some solution as to this so i can at least retrieve some items. Please help. Thank you

Phew you did have a lot I think I need a cup of tea now. Please login to your dashboard and download your orders and then my advice would be to store them on a memory stick just incase you have any problems in the future.
