Copyright & Ownership
All designs sold in this shop are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Snip & Scribble unless otherwise stated.
By purchasing a design, you are purchasing a licence to use the artwork under the terms outlined below. Copyright ownership is not transferred to the purchaser.
You may:
Print the designs for your own personal use.
Create handmade cards, papercraft projects and gifts for personal use.
Sell completed handmade physical items made using our designs in reasonable quantities.
You may not:
Share, copy, distribute, gift or resell the digital files.
Upload the artwork to other websites, marketplaces or print-on-demand services.
Claim the artwork as your own creation.
Extract, trace, modify or reproduce elements of the design for resale as digital products.
Use the artwork in any manner that competes directly with the original product.
AI-Assisted Artwork Policy
Many Snip & Scribble designs are created using a combination of traditional graphic design techniques, digital illustration, Adobe Photoshop editing, commercial design resources and modern AI-assisted creative tools.
Every design is carefully curated, edited, enhanced and prepared by Snip & Scribble to create a unique finished product suitable for cardmaking and papercrafting.
Where AI-assisted tools have been used:
The final artwork has been significantly edited, refined and incorporated into an original design layout.
The purchaser is acquiring a licence to use the finished product only.
No rights are granted to recreate, extract or redistribute the underlying AI-generated elements.
Craftsuprint Licence
Designs purchased through Craftsuprint may be used in accordance with Craftsuprint's terms and conditions, together with the following additional permissions:
You may:
Print the design as many times as required for personal use.
Sell handmade cards and papercraft projects created from the design.
Use the design for charity fundraising items where permitted by Craftsuprint.
You may not:
Resell the digital sheet, kit, topper, paper pack or design files.
Share files with friends, family, groups or online communities.
Upload files to social media, file-sharing websites or digital marketplaces for download.
Convert the artwork into new digital products for resale.
Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds cannot normally be offered once files have been downloaded.
If you experience a problem with a download, missing file or file corruption, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Terms of Use
By purchasing and downloading any Snip & Scribble product, you agree to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these licensing terms may result in the termination of your licence to use the artwork.
