Well its that time of year again when the pumpkins are carved and cut so this year I gave my son the duty!
Off he went looking on the internet and then carved the pumpkin below and what a great job he did I had to give him a little hand now and again but the majority was done by him, he also had another and decided to cut into this one so a lot of fun was had and now all lit and ready for a spooky Halloween!! here are a couple of my latest and favourite designs of the moment thank you xxJuliexx
Looking through my pictures of the summer I came across this great one of myself and my Son in Clacton on a day out I think his face says it all and as for mine well not sure what I was thinking haha.
I am as many of you know a fan of anything retro and this one I will treasure I used to love all the postcards with the cheeky kiss me quick pics on oh the memories of sitting on a sandy beach eating sandy sandwiches on a windy cold day and walking along the promenade giggling at the postcard shop! A lot of my Facebook friends already know at the weekend I had a nasty shock!
I was out having a meal and sat back in the chair and felt a sharp pain in my shoulder well about 10 mins later the pain in my shoulder was getting worse so I asked my son Alf to take a look. well Alf who is 7 years old looked and then started banging me on the back saying nothing there and with that more sharp pain I received!
Then Matt my other half had a look and out dropped onto the table a spider! the spider was about the size of a 5p piece and has a big bottom end with a skull pattern on its back YUK!
Anyway about an hour later I could not move my arm and decided yes maybe I should get it checked out.
Fortunately I was ok and a few pain killers and pireteze later I could move my arm again a week later and it still hurts now and again.
The doctor that I saw said that I was the second person that day that got the spider bites a man had come in earlier bitten on the head according to the wonderful doctor they come in with the Bananas and we have a banana packing warehouse up the road.
So I have now been around the house doing the best spring clean ever and guess what? Yes I have found another and have taken a pic for you all excuse the quality as I was shaking when I took it lol Now how can I sleep at night lol.

Well what a week it has been for me its my second week of giving up the cigs and proving more difficult than I thought but I will keep at it as I do not want to disappoint myself and my family.
If I am giving up smoking I think my Prince Beau needs to give up his dummy teehee Its a shame I nearly got a photo of him upside down sucking on it with his eyes closed he does like to sleep with it he also chews on it too so cute!! Wow what hot weather we are having The task to keep the flowers watered and fed has begun and I am most definitely being kept busy with them all but must admit I do love my plants!
It is also keeping my mind off of cigarettes as I have given those up!!
