We attended a beautiful wedding recently and what made it more special for us, was that our beautiful grandchildren were bridesmaids.

The bride looked absolutely gorgeous, as do all brides. Thankfully the weather was fine in the daytime.

I received a lovely rose plant from the bride and groom in appreciation for doing all the wedding stationary, which was a lovely touch.

It has been 5 years since we last attended a wedding, so it was really nice to spend time with the family on such a beautiful occasion.

This made me laugh so much over Christmas. My son and daughter in law were visiting over Christmas with our 2 year old granddaughter, Frankie. Frankie was playing away and we were sat around talking about this and that.

The talk got around to work and I asked my son when he was back at work, and if he had a pension set up?

Out of the blue Frankie said No I dont got a pension, I got Cookie Monster. We all had a good laugh at that. It just goes to show, we might not think they are listening but........
