Pop-up Card Insert Template 2 - Cu4cuCompleted by Susan Mehlbaum - IU Crafts

Absolutely love how easy this template was to use. Opened in graphics program and added background and graphics. Followed easy instructions for scoring and folding as well as where to cut lines. This insert is part of my design for cup14208_2153.
