I used one of these card front toppers in my own card design. I filled it with a pale blue to blend in with my backing sheet and attached with foam mounts with the bird and flowers on top.
I added a silver lurex bow on the left and a happy birthday greeting at the bottom with foam mounts.
To finish I put on some light green and blue gemstones and some glitter on the topper.
