Polka-dottie Psp Pattern Tiles - Cu4cuCompleted by Jayne Smith
Using my graphics program I changed the size of the scalloped mat cup367416_99 to 8 x 8 and then filled the inner square of the mat with one of these Polka-Dottie tiles. I then edited and arranged the three little girls from cup367581_1141,
cup367583_1141 and cup367585_1141 and added the text "The purest love is that of a child who is full of selfless innocent emotion".
