Perla mermaidCompleted by Taina Kankare

I opened the first Perla Mermaid file into my photo editor. I added some decoration. Next I opened a background sheet and found a suitable frame for the card. After this I added some iris vignettes to decorate the card. I saved the file and printed the sheet.

I cut the topper out and attached it on a turquoise base card. I added one decoupage level to the irises to give the card some dimension.
