Kyli IvCompleted by Taina Kankare

I opened Kyli IV into my photo editor. She has a lovely, royal looking cape, so I decided to add her a royal looking dress. Then I added her in a landscape. After this I added a blue frame and blue roses. I saved the file and printed the sheet.

I cut the topper out and attached gold colored lace sticker around it. Next I attached my card front on a white base card. I decorated the card with one layer of rose decoupage and four fleur-de-lis -plastic decorations on each corner.
