I wanted to make a frame of these lovely shells. I chose cup478251_539. jpg as my background and opened it in my photo editor. Then I attached the frame 2. png from Bright frames set into it. After this I attached some of the sea shells on top of the frame.

I saved my work and printed it out three times. I used the first one as a topper and attached it on a blue card base. Then I cut the frame from the other one and attached it on top of the first one with high foam pads. Next I attached some plastic decorations and faux gems into the card.

From the third sheet I cut only the corner starfishes and attached them into the corners of my card with foam pads. As a finishing touch I wrote a message into an empty tag and printed it out. Then I cut it from the sheet and attached into my card with foam pads.
