Baby Elfs 1Completed by Gaye Robinson, Craftycards4all

Cutest little girl elf which is cut into decoupage layers and placed her sitting on the rocks in the meadow.

Added a balloon frame, flowers and a sleepy teddy. Gorgeous character reminded me of my granddaughter. Design sheet for this card is cup816419_3656
