I opened the dark red dress lady file from the Evening Elegance set. I added a background with stairs and a door. After it I added a frame and decorative rose vignettes. I added some more decorations to the vignettes. I saved the file and printed the sheet.
I cut the topper out and attached a scalloped ribbon around it. Then I attached it on a dark red holographic base card. I decorated the card with 3 decoupage layers to the roses.
