For this card I took three versions of this young lady into one of my graphics packages and then resized, duplicated, moved around, added frames and added a greeting "Penblwydd Hapus" - which is Welsh for "Happy Birthday" until I was happy with a card front layout just a fraction smaller than A4.

I then printed this out onto 250gsm Super Smooth white cardstock.

After trimming the card front I went round the edge with a ProMarker before using finger-lift tape to attach it to an A4 card that I'd made by scoreing and folding in half an A3 sheet of Adorable Scorable cream cardstock.

I then added topper cup524788_596 that I'd cut out of various cardstock using my ScanNCut.
