I opened my photo editor and loaded a CUP topper/insert in it. I added the column and decorated the top of it with a bird vignette. I added some leaves and two roses and saved the file. I printed the sheet and cut the topper out.
I attached the topper on a white base card and decorated the card with four sticker pearls.
