I opened two of the Christmas Cookie Elf files into my photo editor. I made a background from a record, musical background and a scalloped frame. I put the elves in the middle of it. After this I added a framed background sheet and saved the file.

I printed the sheet and cut the topper out. I attached my card front on a red base card leaving a narrow border. I decorated the card with four gingham ribbon bows and four gem decorations.
