I printed this image onto a sheet of Bob's gloss paper,cut around it,then mounted the image to an A5 card using double sided tape.

Printed twice on satin photo paper. Attached rose-gold cardstock to card with DST. Then attached 1 copy to design with DST. Cut out design of 2nd copy, leaving a background border (otherwise there's a LOT of fussy cutting involved).
Attached with 3D pads. Made up sentiment with a piece of the background and added a peel-off sentiment. Then used a scrap piece of matching cardstock to frame the sentiment piece, which was then attached with 3D pads.
