I opened the "Dog on a pillow" file from the Vintage Designer bundle into my photo editor. I added a vintage background sheet with a scroll, birds and cherry branches. Next I added a frame which has four parts. I re-coloured the second, engraved frame part. After this I saved the file and printed the sheet.
I cut the topper out and attached it on a white base card leaving no borders. Then I re-printed the re-coloured frame part and attached it on the card with 1 mm foam pads. Then I re-printed the dog and pillow several times and added three decoupage layers to the dog. As a final touch I added four plastic paw buttons into the coloured frame part corners.
