I opened the dog image from the Metropolitain set into my image editor. Then I added the red frame. After that I added the floor background into the aperture. Next I added a bone image in the left upper corner. I copied it and made another one and rotated it a bit. Then I added a ribbon bow in the middle.

Next I copied the brone-bow decoration and added it also to the right lower corner. After this I added a red pillow behind the dog, and heart shaped candies or biscuits in the background. This could be a congratulation card for a new dog owner, for example.
