Designer Resource Spring Pups 2Completed by Creative Crafts

This is a cute set of floral pups,i place a frame over a pink wood background and then added dogwood roses to the corners of the frame to match the flowers in the pup wreath,i then added the pup wreath to the centre of the frame and a single dogwood rose to the top of the frame then added the decoupage to the sheet with sentiments and single dogwood roses so there was a choice for the bottom of the frame
