I opened one of the plaques into my photo editor and added a hanger for it. Then I copied it twice. After this I added the letters DAD into the ovals. Next I added the vintage frame. I adjusted the outside color.
Then I added the owl and the wooden bar. After that I adjusted the inside background color.
