I opened the dog file into my image editor. Then I added the bonus background file. After this I added an old motor bike with a side car. I positioned the motorbike sidecar cover under the dog.

Now it looks like the dog is sitting on the cover ready to go. Next I added the frame. Then I added some gears to make the corner decorations.
