I opened the frog file from this set into my image editor. Then I added the lotus and cattail files twice and added it and a mirrored copy of it behind the frog. After this I added the water from this set, as well as the blue bonus sheet as a background. On top of it I added the rainbow colors.

Next I copied the bigger stone from the lotus file, resized it and added it behind the frog to make the "backrest" of his "throne". After this I added twice the blue lotus file and mirrored the other one. This way I got decorations for the throne. Next I added a stamp frame and a golden frame from other sets.

As a finishing touch I added a tag and the text "Goliath, the Frog Prince".
