I opened the yellow lace frame into my image editor. Then I added the vintage flower bouquet. After that I added the text Birthday Wishes. Next I added the background sheet. I also copied the bouquet, rotated and reduced its size to get a decoration on the right upper corner.
Finally I decorated the card front with three vintage butterflies.
