CU Elements 99Completed by Taina Kankare

I opened the red and gold background sheet from the CU Elements 99 kit into my image editor. I copied the image and rotated it 45 degrees. Then I resized it to fit inside the original frame.

After that I added the yellow circles and black musical notes image from another source. Next I added the letters ROCK into the four corners of the card topper.
