I opened the background sheet from the CU Elements 83 kit into my image editor. Then I added the car. After that I added the frame. Next I added the Happy Birthday text. I also added the camera from the kit on both sides of the text.
To make it all fit together, I added some grunge effect on the car, cameras and text.
